Vision: We are an organization which was created to be a place of training, discipleship, refreshment and renewal for Christian workers from all around the world in the beautiful hills of Mondulkiri, Cambodia.
Purpose statement: After 20 years of training many local believers in Cambodia, we have seen this country change in many ways. While there is still great need among the poor, now is the time to transition to more local ownership of leadership development. Therefore, we see a need to create an arm for our NGO that is teaching, training, mentoring and meeting the growing needs of the future leaders by nationals in this rapidly growing country. We are in need of a kickstart to begin programs of training in counseling techniques, healthy marriage, Biblical training and literacy, job training, cooking and nutrition, and other skills necessary for providing discipleship, leadership skills, training, and income for new believers.
